Big update for Egypt vs. Aliens. 

Added new graphics for all the units and added a basic logistics system based on the availability of water. Units will now heal faster if they are adjacent to a source of water, you can also construct caravan units which will provide supplies to neighboring units. Various bugs were also fixed (full notes provided in readme file).
